Old Town Villas.

Tassell Design was approached to market a high-end residential development in Stratford-upon-Avon. A coffee table brochure was designed using various tactile papers with different print finishes to achieve a piece of collateral worthy of the properties price tags. A special ink was developed for the brochure cover to mimic the external brickwork of the town houses, whilst also tying in with the ‘journey’ concept which is threaded throughout. Along with the brochure design and copywriting, Tassell Design worked closely with the architect art directing the lifestyle CGI views of the development.

Prior to completion of the build 75% of the properties have been sold.
